Tulsa King Spoilers: Episode 1 And 2 Breakdown
Tulsa King spoilers and updates tease that the new series created by Taylor Sheridan premieres on Sunday, November 13th, 2022, following the season 5 premiere of Yellowstone.
The new series stars Sylvester Stallone, who will be portraying Dwight “The General” Manfredi who after a 25-year prison sentence from taking the fall for his bosses, will be relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma and they give him some obscure assignment to start a new mob. And, that is when the fun begins!
Taylor Sheridan, the creator and Executive Producer, who is a cowboy himself at heart, grew up on a ranch and now owns his own in Texas, so he brings a lot of himself to the new Tulsa King. Sheridan is probably best known for creating Yellowstone which is set to premiere its fifth season just before Tulsa King debuts on Paramount+. Alongside Sheridan, there is showrunner Terrance Winter who fans will remember from The Sopranos and The Wolf of Wall Street. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment and 101 Studios. Tulsa King is expected to be one of 2022’s biggest shows.
Tulsa King Spoilers – First Episodes
The first episodes follow New York mafia capo Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi (Stallone) who is being released from prison after 25 years of shutting his mouth and doing time for his mafia bosses. Manfredi is quickly surprised to find out that he is being exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is not in his best interest. Sending Manfredi to Tulsa to set up shop, they might as well send him to another planet, he knows absolutely nothing about the way of life in Tulsa. A NY mafia capo knows nothing about the “Green Country” of Oklahoma. Manfredi quickly puts together a crew of an unseemingly cast of characters and builds himself an empire. Tulsa King is definitely going to be the “fish out of water” story. Can’t wait to see the mafia capo on a horse! And there will surely be lots of spicy drama between Manfredi and his ex-wife. Dana Delany is also included in the cast and she will play Margaret, the General’s ex-wife, an affluent and influential equestrian and owner of a prominent horse farm and preserve. She is a trustee of the Annie Oakley Society and a force to be reckoned with.
Tulsa King Updates – A Powerful Cast
Alongside Sylvester Stalone, who needs no introduction, there is also Dashiell Connery (Clint), Tatiana Zappardino (Tina Manfredi), Hartleigh Buwick (Maisie), Stephanie Kurtzuba (Clara Truisi), Chris Caldovino (Goodie Carangi), Travis Quentin (Payne), Andrew Olson (Groom), Annabella Sciorra (Joanne), Garrett Hedlund (Mitch Keller), Andrea Savage (Stacy Beale), McKenna Quigley Harrington (Grace), Angel Rosario Jr. (Robbie Trucotte), Tyler Elliot Burk (Davy), Aaron Cavette (Kurt Watters) and Domenick Lombardozzi as Charles “Chickie” Invernizzi aka the Don.

[…] In an interview with CBS news, Sylvester Stallone is almost overly eager to speak about Tulsa King, most probably because this is a role that he has been denied in the past for his whole professional career. Sly admits that he auditioned for a role in the GodFather as an extra and didn’t get it because he didn’t look Italian enough and Sly says the only thing more Italian than him is a pizza. At age 76, the Italian Stallion is playing a real mafioso. After The General finishes his stint in prison, his NY mafia family shuts him out and sends him west to set up a gambling and racketeering establishment, and when he lands in Tulsa, meets Tyson (Jay Will) who is there to pick him up, and The General ends up hiring for two grand a week to drive him around and also show him around. Sly says it is kind of like “put the Sopranos on a stagecoach and see what happens.” […]
