Tulsa King spoilers and updates tease that the new series coming to us thanks to its creator Taylor Sheridan, is premiering on Sunday, November 13th, 2022 following another highly anticipated series, the season 5 premiere of Yellowstone. On premiere night, Tulsa King will post two episodes back to back, one after the other. Sylvester Stallone, “The Italian Stallion” himself, is the leading actor, he portrays Dwight “The General” Manfredi who after a 25-year prison sentence is being relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he gathers his own band of misfits with the goal of creating his own empire.

Stallone says that his character, “Dwight “The General” he’s a lifetime gangster, he took the fall for his bosses and went to prison for twenty-five years, keeping his mouth shut. And now he comes out, and they give him some obscure assignment to go to Tulsa and start a new mob. And, that is when the fun begins.” he says he got to show side himself that he really wanted to.
Terrance Walker, Executive Producer & Showrunner says, “Tulsa King blends two genres, the western genre that Taylor Sheridan has done so well on Yellowstone, combined with the mob genre from the genre from New York shows like this Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire, it really has been really wonderful to mix those two and see where the chips fall.”
Taylor Sheridan says, “Terrance is a really gifted storyteller, someone whose work I have admired since the Sopranos and he has a really keen understanding of this world and would appreciate a really fresh look at it.”
The Tulsa king brass says that the good thing about Stallone is that he wears a lot of hats, he just takes it up one more notch that you didn’t even think was possible. He’s an actor, director, and writer, an incredible collaborator. The team is an incredible combination.
