As Yellowstone fans know only too well, apart from the odd teaser, little is known about the upcoming season 5 of the modern Western show. While the various stars drop the occasional hint, it is difficult to gauge exactly how exciting the fifth season will be. As we get closer to October, it won’t be that long until Yellowstone returns on November 13. In the meantime, the real-life cowboy Forrie J. Smith who plays Luke on the show has issued a warning to fans.
Forrie J. Smith warns fans about season 5 of Yellowstone
Forrie J. Smith is a real-life cowboy and stuntman who plays Lloyd Pierce on Yellowstone. Smith started competing in the rodeo at the age of eight. Meanwhile, much like his character in the show, Lloyd doesn’t mince words.
Everybody’s gonna [sic] be going, ‘what the hell?’
Meanwhile, that sounds pretty much like what we have come to expect from Yellowstone stars, they generally tease us to expect major drama ahead. Moreover, executive producer David C. Glasser also had fans on the edge of their seat when interviewed by TV Insider. Glasser said:
Episode 1 will immediately surprise everybody – where our story starts and what has happened.
Will there be a time jump in season 5?
As viewers will recall, the finale episode of season 4 revealed Beth and Rip’s wedding. Meanwhile, it also revealed Jamie shooting his biological father, Jimmy heading to Texas, and Kayce’s vision. Now, fans want to know if season 5 will continue from that point, or will it start with a time jump?
We’re going to show the world who we are, and what we do. All will be revealed.
What with these messages and the tantalizing filming location scenes shared by the various Yellowstone stars, it is hard to wait for season 5 to air. In fact, the modern Western series premieres for season 5 with a double episode on November 13. By the sound of it, this will be two episodes of sheer excitement and action.
