Season 5 of Yellowstone is coming soon, with fans excited and watching out for any teasers relating to the new season. Some of the stars have recently shared beautiful images of the ranch, while filming continued. Now, as the popular modern Western draws even more fans, Luke Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, shared some amazing news.
Yellowstone season 5 draws closer
While the excitement grows for the upcoming fifth season of Yellowstone, Luke Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, shared some good news with their fans. Recently, he seemed to be taking a break from filming the Paramount Network series as he was clearly on set. Grimes went on to announce an exciting Instagram milestone.
In a video post to the Yellowstone Instagram account, Luke announced the amazing news. He said:
Hello, Yellowstone fans! Just wanted to give a quick thank you for 2 million followers.
That’s amazing and it means so much to us that you guys love the show and we love you.
Meanwhile, the caption to the clip also celebrated the milestone. Yellowstone wrote:
Thank you to our 2 million(!!!) fans for living up to the brand!
Fans react to Luke’s message
As soon as the video was released on Instagram, fans were quick to respond, obviously very excited about the upcoming season. Among the many comments were responses from Luke’s fellow cast members. Wendy Moniz commented briefly, writing, “WOOT!” Meanwhile, Hassie Harrison commented, writing, “A rare instagram appearance by Luke Grimes ladies and gents!!” Kelly Reilly commented with a series of red heart emojis, while Finn Little commented, “Woah!”
One fan joked in their comment, writing, “I can confirm that this is not the real Luke Grimes it’s his cardboard cut out.” Another Instagram follower commented, applauding the show. They wrote:
This is rare! Hey [you] guys deserve it! Great job all of you r doing and it’s a great show! Looking forward to season 5.
Among other comments, one wrote that they “Can’t wait for the new season!!!!!!!” while another quipped, “I ❤ Luke Grimes!!!!”
Yellowstone stars keeping things under wraps
Apart from a few hints and gorgeous images of the ranch, Luke and the rest of the Yellowstone cast are trying to keep season 5 details under wraps. So far, it looks like Grimes’ character, Kayce, will experience some turbulence in his relationship with Monica (Kelsey Asbille). In an interview with TV Insider, Kelsey teased her character. She said that every season is different, adding:
You evolve and change over time, so I think season 5 Monica is going to be a different Monica, for sure.
Meanwhile, Kelsey has been careful about revealing too much about the upcoming baby. She said this is the part she has to be particularly careful about, as she had only just started reading the script. Asbille added that she can’t say anything right now other than she is looking forward to having a “little baby bump.”
