Yellowstone spoilers reveal that Lainey Wilson, who stars in the series and is also a country singer, has started to ask her fans for prayers for her father. She has canceled her concerts in order to be with her father and she shared her thoughts on social media about what is going on with him.
Wilson’s Facebook Post
In her most recent Facebook post, Wilson shared her sister’s latest post that fully explained that their dad is in the ICU due to DKA, which is Diabetic Ketoacidosis. He had emergency surgery and they said that he has “a very long road ahead.” Her sister added, “During surgery, they removed a lot of dead tissue. The fungus invades tissue and essentially kills it; hence the importance of stopping the spread quickly.”
Wilson then turned to her Instagram account and shared, “Folks are praying around the world. Please keep sending them up for my daddy.”
Fans Show the Love
There are so many people in Wilson’s life that are praying for her father and her fans have shown so much support for her. She has been posting so much on her social media accounts in order to get more prayers from them. She told her fans, “My daddy, My cowboy. Please keep lifting him up in prayer. Toughest my I know” as she posted another picture of them together.

Our hearts go out to Wilson and her family during this very tough time. She has told her fans that she is sorry for canceling her shows, but at this time, there is no better reason to do so. She knows that this time is extremely crucial for her father and her family. Her fans completely understand why she is canceling these shows and they continue to show support.
Wilson is best know for her song “Things a Man Oughta Know” and she has been named as one of the newest cast members in the fifth season of the show, Yellowstone.
