About the Paramount+ series
Evil is described as a psychological mystery series that examines the origins of evil while blurring the lines between science and religion. Fans will remember that when season 3 first aired, it took off moments after the season 2 finale.
That season started when newly ordained David and Kristen kissed. In future episodes, they will not only have to navigate their fraught new reality. In fact, they will have to contend with David’s involvement with “the entity,” an espionage unit within the Catholic Church. Meanwhile, Ben finds himself overwrought with all their unsolved cases and turns to his sister for help.
For those who have yet to watch the series, the official IMDb page describes the plot as follows:
A skeptical clinical psychologist joins a priest-in-training and a blue collar contractor as they investigate supposed abnormal events, including demonic possession, and other extraordinary occurrences to see if there’s a scientific explanation or if something truly supernatural is at work.
