This Is Us actress Mandy Moore is going to be a mom again! The talented actress is expecting her second child with her husband Taylor Goldsmith.
On Friday, June 3, the This Is Us star revealed via Instagram that she and her husband are expecting their second baby together, another son due this fall. The couple is already parents to their 15-month-old son August “Gus” Harrison.
“One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start… and are we ever so deeply grateful and excited. Baby Boy Goldsmith #2 coming this fall! Tour is gonna be slightly different than I expected but I can’t wait and Gus is gonna be the BEST big brother!! Xo” she captioned with a photo of Gus wearing a big brother t-shirt.
When it was mother’s day, Moore posted on Instagram, “being your mom is nothing short of the most rewarding and challenging job I’ll ever have. I savor all of it because you are the greatest, Goose, AND it keeps getting better (as everyone told us),” as she celebrated being a mother to Gus thus far.
Moore is not only a wife, a mother, and an actress but also a popular singer who most people knew before they knew her as an actress. She recently released her new album called, In Real Life. She also recently wrapped her fantastic run as Rebecca Pearson on the NBC series, This Is Us which ran from 2016 until this year. She is credited with numerous shows, series and even as a writer and director.
In her biography, Amanda Leigh Moore was born in Nashua, New Hampshire, on April 10, 1984, to Stacy (Friedman), a former news reporter, and Don Moore, an airline pilot. During her childhood, her family moved to Orlando, Florida, where she was raised. She has Russian Jewish (from her maternal grandfather), English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry.
