ABC The Good Doctor is one of the most popular shows on television. Former Bates Motel actor Freddie Highmore is brilliant as Shaun Murphy, a young doctor with autism at a fictional San Jose hospital.

“Shaun and Lea make a big life decision and are pleasantly surprised by the support they receive from their friends at the hospital. Meanwhile, when Dr. Wolke’s parents show up with a revelation, Asher struggles to accept that he and his father may never truly understand one another on the season finale.”

The series stars Freddie Highmore as Dr. Shaun Murphy, Antonia Thomas as Dr. Claire Browne, Nicholas Gonzalez as Dr. Neil Melendez, Chuku Modu as Dr. Jared Kalu, Beau Garrett as Jessica Preston, Hill Harper as Dr. Marcus Andrews, Richard Schiff as Dr. Aaron Glassman and Tamlyn Tomita as Allegra Aoki.
Meanwhile, it was announced in March that The Good Doctor was renewed for a sixth season and it would be headed back Fall 2022.
