In The Blacklist Season 9, Episode 20, Reddington (James Spader) will likely be inching closer to discovering the truth about what happened on the night of Elizabeth Keen’s death.
It was clear from the beginning that something was off about Keen’s death. For starters, who led Vandyke to that place? The episode is called “Caelum Bank” but that doesn’t really tell us much at the end of the day. Continue reading and we’ll discuss what could happen next.
The Blacklist Spoilers Red Continues to Search for His True Enemy
The Blacklist fans are surely anticipating that season 9 episode 20 will reveal some big secrets surrounding the death of Elizabeth Keen. Fans will recall that Reddington has searched for the truth behind Keen’s death since the end of season 8.
While the recently released synopsis is a bit short for our tastes, it does reveal enough morsels of information to at least set the stage for the future: “05/13/2022 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Friday): In an effort to reveal his true enemy, Red turns to the Task Force to help ground a flying fortress bank.”
Will Cooper Pull Himself Out of His Predicament?
First, this synopsis reveals that Reddington’s true enemy isn’t necessarily “Mr. Kaplan.” We don’t think it would be that simple, do we? After all, we’re left to assume that she’s dead.
Going on the assumption that Kaplin is dead, the job she did is still very much intertwined with the show and everything that is currently going on. Fans of The Blacklist are surely going to have some fun watching this mystery unfold. We’re also going to be interested in seeing how Cooper manages to get himself out of the position he finds himself now.

The Blacklist Spoilers – Two-Parter Final Episodes Setting the Stage for Season 10
There are some questions to ask about this episode. Will we discover who Red’s true enemy is? Will we see a faceoff between Reddington’s true enemy in the last few episodes of the season? Or will we discover the true enemy at the very last episode in order to create a grand opening for season 10?
We do know that the two final episodes of season 9 will be a two-parter called The Blacklister and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight for the beloved drama so, it should be exciting as usual.
