    For years I have drank orange juice and chicken broth (not together0 when I felt sick. I feel they help me get better more quickly.

    Fermented foods are a great thing to have around, it’s a immune boosting all around and really helps during the cold months. I love making soups as well a lot during the cold months, hearty meals with lots of veggies

    I love oranges and just discovered Cara Oranges. SO GOOD! I also picked up arugula for the first time today. We eat pretty healthy here, and it shows! My son has only missed 1 or 2 days of school due to sickness and he’s in the 4th grade!
