Healthy Skin Smoothie - Fresh Kiwi and Orange Nutrient Dense Treat

Clear skin is something we all strive for, and most focus on targeting skin problems from the outside. Creams, lotions, and potions of many varieties all promise to work miracles, but the secret to smooth, blemish-free skin is working from the inside. Taking care of your body, getting enough rest, eating well, and exercise are few great lifestyle habits for clear skin, but this healthy skin smoothie packs the power of fresh kiwi and orange in a nutrient dense treat.

1 Orange divided into segments
2 Kiwis, peeled, cut and freeze 1 of the kiwis.
Honey optional


1. Blend the orange segments with 2 Tbsp honey.

2. Pour into a cup.

3. Clean the blender and then blend the kiwis with an extra 1 Tbsp of honey.

4. Slowly, pour over the orange.

5. You can mix the two together and drink it up, or eat with a spoon.
