INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
10 tablespoons softened salted butter
1 1/8 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
3 drops yellow gel food coloring (optional)
1 cup powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
3. Mix in your lemon extract, vanilla extract, lemon juice, food coloring, and eggs

4. Now mix in your flour and baking powder
5. Use a tablespoon to scoop your dough out and roll into balls
