  1. Fermented foods are a great thing to have around, it’s a immune boosting all around and really helps during the cold months. I love making soups as well a lot during the cold months, hearty meals with lots of veggies

  2. These are all great foods to boost your immune system. We often eat fish all year round because of the reasons you mentioned above but also because they pack tons of other benefits in as well.

  3. I love oranges and just discovered Cara Oranges. SO GOOD! I also picked up arugula for the first time today. We eat pretty healthy here, and it shows! My son has only missed 1 or 2 days of school due to sickness and he’s in the 4th grade!
