Along with boosting your immune system and helping with digestive issues, Frankincense is also popping up in hundreds of DIY beauty recipes.

As the years go by, we are all on the hunt for the perfect skin regimen and face care products. An average woman over 40 can spend hundreds of dollars a month on anti-aging cremes, and sadly half of them never seem to make a difference.

Eye cream is a crucial part of our beauty regimen, it seems like every year those bags under our eyes get a little bigger and darker, and those lines get a little deeper. There are thousands of products out there that promise to reduce eye bags and wrinkles, and they are also packed full of dangerous chemicals. Most of the ingredients listed on the back of our beauty products, we can’t even pronounce.

We searched high and low and found the perfect DIY Eye Cream recipe, and Frankincense Essential Oil is a crucial ingredient – no surprise there. This simple and easy DIY Eye Cream Recipe is natural, good for you, easy to make, affordable, and actually works!

Ingredients

Coconut Oil
Frankincense Oil
Vitamin E Gel Capsules

Directions

Heat ½ cup of organic coconut oil in the microwave or on a stove top until it is completely melted and in its liquid form. Use a needle to poke holes in 6 vitamin E capsules, and squeeze the vitamin E liquid into the coconut oil. Next, add approximately 10 drops of Frankincense essential oil. Stir the mixture well and place in the refrigerator for a few hours until it is solid.

Once the oil is back in its solid form – there is no need to keep refrigerating it, you can keep the container in your bedside table. Apply the crème to the skin under your eyes every night!
