Easy Fall Recipe: Apple Pie Puffs

Apple pie is everything fall is about. The fresh fruit, fragrant spices, and warm fresh crust makes for a great treat on a crisp cool day. These Apple Pie Puffs are the perfect hand help apple pie that can be made super quick and easy perfect for dessert, snacks, kids lunches, or even breakfast. Because well life is short right?

Make your own Apple Pie Puffs

  • 1 fresh apple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pack refrigerated crescent rolls.

How to:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix sugar and apple pie spice.
  • Chop apple into small chunks.
  • Add apples and room temperature butter to the sugar and spice mix. Stir until apples are coated.
  • Roll out crescent rolls.

  • Place one heaping tablespoon of apple mix in center of each crescent roll. Fold corners in and pinch at the top to close.
  • Line up leaving 2 inches between apple pie puffs. Place in the center of oven.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Surve hot or cool for eating on the go.

  1. I guess there is no escaping it eh? Summer is ending! I do like fall and apple pie 🙂 This looks delicious! And using ready made crescent rolls is so convenient.

  2. We are huge fans of the apple pie! We usually make a big pie once a week or so during autumn. Have to try these little puffs too! They look mouthwatering and even my daughter can help to prepare them.
