Healthy Skin Smoothie - Fresh Kiwi and Orange Nutrient Dense Treat

1 Orange divided into segments
2 Kiwis, peeled, cut and freeze 1 of the kiwis.
Honey optional


1. Blend the orange segments with 2 Tbsp honey.

2. Pour into a cup.

3. Clean the blender and then blend the kiwis with an extra 1 Tbsp of honey.

4. Slowly, pour over the orange.

5. You can mix the two together and drink it up, or eat with a spoon.

  1. What was the texture like in this one? I have never tried kiwi in a smoothie, but I did use oranges before. I don’t think I blended it enough though cuz it was too chunky. This would be super healthy!

  2. This actually looks delicious! I would probably dilute with a bit of water, though, since straight juice can be quite strong for me. I think my toddler would like it, too. He adored kiwi when he was a year old. He hasn’t had one for awhile!
